We'll also look at various types of application monitoring metrics you can implement with Micrometer, or just get them out-of-the-box. Last but not least, we'll discuss some examples of integrating micrometer with third-party monitoring services.
Speaker: Maksym Oleshchuk, Lead Software Engineer @EPAM Topic: "The Hazelcast - distributed problem solver" The Hazelcast in-memory data grid has a lot of features that well known for everybody: caching, shared locks, etc. But it also has a lot of other features that are not so well known by a community like a distributed messaging, user code deployment and others. I would like to show various example and solutions for different problems where Hazelcast can resolve it.
I would like to share my experience of using Hazelcast IMDG. We are using it on a project for more than 3 years and tried different features. I would like to show that Hazelcast can resolve not only common issues well know for everybody like a distributed cache, but also dynamic user code deployment or distributed queries. It will be open to all level of the audience. I will start with a Hazelcast introduction and dive deeper into different features and use-cases. In the end you will see demo with use case close to production solution with dynamic user code deployment.
